These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and taya555 ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at taya555.co ("Platform", "Website").

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number. taya555 reserves the right to request supporting identification documents at any stage to verify your registration details.

Each registered player is permitted to hold one (1) active taya555 account only. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your taya555 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorized by you, is your sole responsibility. taya555 shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

• taya555 reserves the right to close inactive accounts that have not been accessed for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months, subject to applicable notice requirements and dormancy policies.

All financial transactions on taya555 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). taya555 supports multiple payment methods including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, InstaPay, QR Ph, and major Philippine commercial banks including BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.00. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.00.

Deposits are credited to your taya555 wallet in real time or within the processing window of the selected payment method. taya555 does not charge deposit fees on its end; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges independent of taya555's control.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification prior to the processing of any withdrawal.
• Active bonus funds and funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until wagering conditions are fully met.

All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds credited to a taya555 account must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the terms of each specific offer.
• One Bonus Per Household / Device: Unless otherwise stated, bonus offers are limited to one claim per registered player, per household, and per shared device or IP address.

taya555 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming opportunity due to Platform downtime, maintenance, or connectivity issues.
• Errors or interruptions in third-party payment processing, including GCash or Maya service outages.
• Loss of data or account access resulting from factors outside taya555's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes taya555's liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

taya555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and taya555, both parties agree to first seek resolution through taya555's internal customer support process by submitting a written complaint to [email protected]. taya555 will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within two (2) business days and provide a substantive response within fourteen (14) business days.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI), or to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in Metro Manila, Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of such courts.
